Twin Edge Gateway

The Twin Edge Gateway is based on the Revolution PI to ensure a robust setup with industry-grade components. It can be directly integrated into existing control cabinets of your machines.

With its dual Ethernet ports, the TwinEdge Gateway can be connected to the IT and OT networks simultaniusly.

Certified Hardware

The hardware is based on the EN/IEC 61131-2 certified Raspberry Pi Compute Module.

Easy to integrate

Requiring nothing more than a power supply and an Ethernet connection, the TwinEdge Gateway fits well into any industrial environment.

Asset Administration Shell

We leverage the AAS as the defacto standard for digital twins in industrial applications. This ensures interoperability with a wide range of tools.

Connectors

We offer a multitude of connectors to use, to connect your machines to the TwinEdge Gateway. Most connectors use the built-in Ethernet port to connect to downstream devices. If the connector requires a special hardware interface, like EtherCAT, we can extend the Gateway with the necessary hardware. The hardware for Modbus RTU and RS-485 is already on-board!

Time Series Recording

Record the time series data of the devices. We support storing multiple streams of data in external time series databases or locally on the device. The time series data will also be provided as the TimeSeries Submodel as defined by the IDTA.

Integrated IO

By directly connecting sensors and actors to the integrated IO of the Twin Edge Gateway, you can easily connect your machines to the digitial world, without having to modify any of your existing controls. A digital input and a relais output are already built-in. With the use of expansion modules, there is no limit to number of IO channels.
